This Privacy Policy describes how Pakkepost Freight (the "App") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Data when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

• Shop information (shop name, domain, and configuration settings you provide, such as Pakkepost user ID, subscription ID, and sender/return address)
• Order information (order details, line items, shipping address, and fulfillment status)
• Product information (product titles, variants, and quantities relevant to shipping)
• Customer information necessary to fulfill and ship orders (name and delivery address)

We collect this Personal Data using the following technologies: cookies, log files, and Shopify APIs.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

We use the Personal Data we collect to:

• Create shipping bookings, generate labels, and track shipments with Pakkepost
• Provide, operate, and improve the App
• Communicate with you and provide customer support
• Screen for potential risk or fraud
• Comply with our legal obligations

Sharing Your Personal Data

We share order and shipping-related Personal Data with Pakkepost's shipping and logistics systems solely for the purpose of booking and fulfilling shipments. We do not sell your Personal Data. We may also share Personal Data to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention

When you place an order or install the App, we retain your Personal Data for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or the merchant uninstalls the App, at which point associated shop data is deleted from our systems.

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Data we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, updated, or erased. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

Data Subject Requests (GDPR)

In accordance with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks, we support customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure requests initiated through Shopify.

Children's Information

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us using the information below.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
